Superior Processing & Weighing, Inc. was contracted to provide and install a second truck scale project for this high volume recycling facility, as well as relocation of their existing truck scale. We provided a new scale, interface capability with remote truck management software system out of state, and installation of unattended kiosk for afterhours freight shipments.

The project consisted of concrete demolition, excavation, base rock installation, compaction, installation of concrete foundations, installation of new roadways, rough and final grades, fabrication and installation of bollards, setup and calibration of system. We provided and installed a Rice Lake Weighing Systems OTR truck scale, laser light remote display, calibration, state certification and training.
